Courtney Botha is a Senior Transactor in our Transactions team, responsible for managing all key project workstreams in the process from preferred bidder to financial close. In her role, she supports the team in the contract negotiation process and finalising all crucial documentation required. She expertly facilitates the often fast-paced procedures as her role takes on the shape of a project manager, getting all collaborating teams aligned on the common goal at hand. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and Economics, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws.
