Magdalena Michalowska-Logan, known as Maggie, is Red Rocket’s Sustainability & HSEQ Director. In her role, she leads the threads of environmental stewardship, biodiversity protection, responsible land use, and strong governance. She ensures Red Rocket doesn’t simply build projects but builds them well: with a dedication to quality, care for ecosystems, and alignment with ESG standards. Under her leadership, the team collaborates with other teams to ensure that environmental compliance controls are in place and enacted in accordance with our management systems, with health and safety upheld as a priority, as well as the IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles. Her competencies also include formulating reports at each level of our projects for our shareholders, ensuring that all procedures are followed. Maggie has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences and an Honours in Environmental Management.
