Chanel Ponto is our Head of Marketing and Communications who leads the strategic and creative direction of the company’s brand, presence, and media relations. Her role includes internal communications, management of our social media channels, PR profiling, and creative brand management for Red Rocket. Chanel successfully navigated the rigorous journey of obtaining her Master of Business Administration (Executive) degree, culminating in the completion of her dissertation titled “Shedding Light on Media and Independent Power Producers: Informing South African Citizens for the Public Good,” earning a distinction for her exemplary research. Her academic journey also encompasses studies in Communications, Psychology, Copywriting, and PR.
