People Partner

Ansaaf Petersen is the People Partner in Red Rocket’s Human Capital team, who amplifies our Human Resources approach that puts focus on enriching our employee culture.

Ansaaf is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and our HR policies, programmes and practices – focusing on the full life cycle of our Rocketeers’ time with us. As an effective “people interactor”, she is well in tune with others, and places value in championing skills development in her role.

Prior to joining the team, she held Human Resources and management positions, where she was primarily responsible for talent management. She strives to further add to the vibrant learning culture that defines our organisation.

Ansaaf holds an HR Diploma and has completed several other qualifications in Human Resource Management, focusing on recruitment, industry training and effective communication skills.
