Head of Operations & Maintenance

Ennio Di Palma is Head of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) at Red Rocket. He is responsible for the overall management of our projects in Operations and Maintenance, including Kathu and Tororo.

Ennio’s key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with prescribed standards, quality, corporate governance, managing local teams and, together with the O&M teams, providing and maintaining constant optimal plant performance.

Central to his leadership philosophy in his role is the commitment to building and nurturing a team of O&M professionals who work hand-in-hand to achieve constant rewards, reaping what is sown as a collective. Prior to joining our company, Ennio was the O&M Service Coordinator for the SunPower Corporation based in Italy. Ennio holds a Degree in Commerce and is fluent in English, Italian.
