As Rocketeers, we already know that we work for one of the best companies in South Africa, but don’t just take our word for it – the Sunday Times Best Places to Work in South Africa survey has it all in black and white.
We’re proud to have been acknowledged among SA’s very best, ranking second in the medium-sized organisations category and 8th overall on the national publication’s 2024 list, powered by WorkL.
In coming up with this year’s rankings, WorkL looked at six key drivers of workplace engagement – reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, well-being, instilling pride, and job satisfaction. “Red Rocket scored 96.07% on instilling pride, ranking it fifth on that score, and also attained an engagement score of 94.16% when it comes to job satisfaction,” said the publication.
During a ceremony held in Johannesburg recently, our Human Capital Manager, Francois Du Toit, accepted an award on our behalf, a great testament to our values – care, create, collaborate – and the growing culture that continues to embody each value every day.
This recognition is yet another a feather in our cap that highlights every Rocketeer’s commitment, demonstrating why we are a ride-or-die organisation bound by no limits.
