Head of Asset Management

Karen Cumming is the Head of Asset Management at Red Rocket. In her role, she manages our Project portfolio after financial close, during construction with a primary focus on projects in the REIPPPP including our commercial and industrial initiatives. Leading her team, within our integrated business, she works at increasing our revenue and asset values through identifying efficiencies and savings. Prior to joining Red Rocket in 2021, Karen managed the financial tasks for a listed Construction Company, contributing towards its overall success by providing strategic advice and direction to the Operations Executive in respect of financial information and risk mitigation. Karen’s areas of expertise include Asset Management, Strategic Business reviews, financial performance management and project implementation on the African continent.
