Head of Human Capital & Change Management

Karin De Wet is our Head of Human Capital and Change Management, who facilitates our company’s Human Capital philosophy that puts our people first and recognises them as our most valuable asset.

In her role at Red Rocket, Karin is in charge of looking after the experience of our employees and our company culture from a holistic perspective. She joined us in 2014, having held several project planning and management roles in public education.

Describing herself as an “ambassador” for our company, Karin contributes to the growth of our organisation by supporting our recruitment, training, development and leadership initiatives. Under her leadership, the team also implements new policies and procedures that guide our constantly evolving Rocketeer family.

She holds a Diploma in Motion Picture Production and Design, and qualifications in Project Management and Human Resources.
