Karin Le Roux

Company Secretary

Karin le Roux is Red Rocket’s Company Secretary, and a member of the Legal Affairs team. Being with our organisation since 2012, she is one of our earliest team members who proudly describes herself as a “custodian of our history”.

Karin has trusted expertise in many professional facets, having expertly occupied payroll, accounting and other finance roles for our company. Through her philosophy of “living the Red Rocket brand”, she has evolved with the business and now serves as the Company Secretary at group level, providing guardianship over corporate governance.

In her role, she ensures good stakeholder relations, guided by our system of principles which are implemented to safeguard our values. She manages shareholder and board meetings, both locally and in collaboration with our secretarial offices looking after our projects abroad.

Karin’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Accounting and an Honours in Accounting Science. She has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2010.
